Pioneers in Skirts does a great job at highlighting the MANY facets of the challenges women face in their careers, which start when they were just little kids.
I appreciated the attitude the film presented, which was “here are the challenges, but they are not insurmountable.” It made me feel hopeful for the future.

Attended Corporate Screening Event
Our organization hosted a screening of the film in front of tween girls and their parents, and followed that with an Ambition Workshop.
The film established a safe platform for us moms to share our own career experiences, the dads to support, and in turn, for our daughters to speak about their own ambition and the lens through which they see their futures.
