Per § 106(5) Copyright Law of the United States, when screening Super Human Anxiety™ for a private event, non-profit agency, educational institution, or religious event, you will need to obtain a Public Performance Rights License. This license allows films to be shown publicly and ensures that creators are fairly compensated for their work. This law applies to everyone, regardless of whether admission is charged, whether the institution is commercial or nonprofit or whether a federal, state or local agency is involved.
