Looks like “Ren & Stimpy” wins for best 90s Nickelodeon comedy…and rightfully so, I think!

I of course saw this episode way before I ever saw Psycho, so my 9 year old mind was really confused when the shower scene turned black and white. But now, it’s brilliant!
